Purchasing organisation
The FRANK group has developed its internal organisation as the company has grown and its international presence provides not only a sales network but also a source of raw materials and semi-finished products for its commercial activities.
Our central purchasing department in Germany coordinates worldwide procurement. Each of our international locations have their own purchasing departments, which are responsible for finding local suppliers for their own production locations. Most of these operative units are decentralised.
Our shared future success depends a symbiotic relationship with our suppliers. Cooperation will be based on fairness, creating a partnership that results in benefits to our customers.
